We teach from the top floor studio.
Both Patrina and Jae are passionate about sharing the benefits of pilates with EVERYBODY.
All classes are relaxed and friendly but detailed in the instruction given. With classes limited to 9 people you will never be stuck at the back of the class unsure of what you should be doing, or feeling.
Our classes are multi level benefiting all ages and fitness levels. As you become more aware of your body's functionality, exercise can be progressed more and more to challenge your strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Our classes will help you develop a leaner body by lengthening and stretching muscles without building bulk. Teaching you not to strain your muscles but enjoy the movements as you stretch. Quietening the mind and helping you relax.
